Terms & Conditions
Following are the terms and conditions every guest is expected to abide by when on the farm premises.
Refund Policy:
The refunds will be deposited to the pertaining account number in 5 working days.
Cancellation Policy:
75 % refund will be issued if the cancellation is effected between 16 and 30 days prior to the check-in date.
50 % refund will be issued if the cancellation is effected between 11 and 15 days prior to the check-in date.
No refund/ postponement if the cancellation is effected within 10 days prior to the check-in date.
For all cancellations by the customer , The customer has to bear the transaction fee in full .
Rates/Taxes are subjected to change.
All disputes are subjected to Bangalore Jurisdiction.
Right Conduct:
The manager has the right to evict/eject any guest or group of guests should we find them engaging unlawful activity.
RK Farms is not responsible for any loss of valuables, accidents, injuries, or incidents due to act of God.
All Stay Guests should produce valid government ID mandatory during Check-In (DL, Aadhar, Election ID Card).
The person booking and staying should be above 18 years of age, Children to be accompanied by an adult at all times in the property till checkout.
All children need to be supervised by a parent or guardian while engaged in activities; RK Farms is not responsible for any unforeseen incidents.
We try to keep our environment as clean as possible. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash in the designated trash bins, including cigarette butts/plastics.
BREAKAGES / LOST Items: Any breakages / lost items related to the RK Farms caused by guest occupants during their stay will be charged to their personal accountability and will be settled in full upon check-out. The amount to be charged is based on the price acquisition of such item(s) or the actual quote.
Storing of Hazardous goods and explosives in the room or in Farms property is strictly prohibited.
Outdoors are monitored/recorded by CCTV cameras for security reasons.
RK Farms will not permit illegal activity anywhere in the property premises.
RK Farms management and staff will assist the police in every possible way (including testifying) to convict anyone performing illegal acts or engaging in illegal activity within the premises.
